CDI Box Instructions for Polaris and Others

Begin by starting your machine first to insure starting is easy. Then plug in directly, if machine does not start quickly DO NOT CONTINUE cranking. Disconnect the black/white and run to ground @ coil mount. If black/white wire must be ran to ground an aftermarket tether kill switch must be used.

CDI Info:

Black wire is ground from coil to motor.

White/Blue is the output to the secondary coil.

Black/White is an engine kill when circuit is opened or must be grounded on frame.

Black/Red is the main feed from stator source coil.

Blue/Yellow is the input from stator pulse coil.

If using an aftermarket kill switch, ground tap into the main coil wire @ the coil then to switch output to ground.
