Bumper Mounting Instructions

ETON Models

1) Use original bolts for lower mounts.

2) Use short 8mm bolts for upper mounts.

Polaris & Other Models

1) Use original bolts for lower mounts.

2) Use (1) 8 X 60mm bolt, (1) 8mm lock nut & (2) washers (supplied with kit) per side.

Mounting

1) Remove currect bumper.

2) Loosely install original lower mount bolts.

3) Install 8 X 60mm Bolt through upper mount & frame at support without washers.

4) Install large 8mm washer toward inside of frames.

5) Install small 8mm washers over large washers.

6) Loosely secure 8mm lock nuts.

7) After all hardware is loosely securing bumper, tighten all bolts. PLEASE NOTE: Proper torque spec is 18 ft lbs.

8) Mounting is complete.
